You approve every payout

When you mark a job complete and approve the referrer's reward, your card is charged automatically for that amount.

Processing fees passed through

Stripe's standard processing fee (~2.9% + $0.30) applies to each reward payout. This is shown clearly before you approve.

Pricing questions

Is the 30-day free trial really free?

Yes. Your card is on file but won't be charged for 30 days. If you cancel before the trial ends, you pay nothing.

Does ReferHook take a cut of rewards?

No. Your subscription covers the platform. When you approve a referral payout, 100% of the reward amount goes to the referrer. Stripe's standard processing fee is the only additional charge.

What is the Stripe processing fee?

Stripe charges approximately 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction. For example, a $100 reward payout would incur ~$3.20 in processing fees, charged to your card alongside the $100 reward.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your account settings at any time. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

What happens after the grand opening period ends?

If you sign up during the grand opening, you keep the $49/mo rate for as long as you remain a subscriber. New accounts after the opening period will be billed at $59/mo.
